All managers and supervisors have the necessary qualifications, training and accreditations they require to perform their roles within Cardross Mining Pty Ltd. 

These qualifications include:

New employees are inducted at Cardross Mining head office where they are trained by qualified trainers and assessors. The Cardross Mining Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Employee Induction Handbooks are the basis of our company. Employees must pass these assessment before moving onto their specific job proceedure training and assessment.

The second stage of training and accreditation occurs on site and involves passing the 6 monthly probation period on performance and skills.
